Description:
This course covers FTTH network field configurations, design benchmarks, and installation parameters for active Ethernet and PON elements. Participants will create their own FTTx network designs in classroom, applying the learned objectives to distributed split, centralized split, home run, and point-to-point systems. This course is based on our Alternativ’Op tools to for dimensioning and optimizing FTTX architectures. The course is intended for outside plant and network engineers who need in-depth skills for designing an effective FTTx network.
