Our N-P-K automated fertilizer cross-control ratio system, offers a dynamic and unique solution for fertilizer dosing process as per parcel requirements. The fertilization process is integrated in the global irrigation control.

To enhance the security of the ground installations and equipment, the system tracks the correlation between live pressure , flow and the variator’s current. The system is able to detect any suspicious behavior in order to avoid any local damages.

The user can schedule unlimited number of cycles per Parcel: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. The Solution detects and avoids any interference and takes into consideration additional constraints (Weather, Electrical conditions etc. ) to control the scheduled cycle.

Dynamic Filters
Based on our powerful filter engine, the user can build dynamic filters, displays and downloads related PDF reports, including Water/Fertilizer consumptions, Energy/Time, Costs etc. All events: Cycle starting/ending, leakage, high pressure, manual operations, volumes, defaults etc. are notified by Email, Sms or WhatsApp. Notifications can be configured regarding users credentials and privileges.

Our solution is based on PLC (Siemens ©) core control system. This offers a high level of robustness, high adaptability regarding ground constraints and finally high electrical/hydraulic security.
Autonomous Remote Stations
Scalability
The Autonomous Remote Stations, are independent stations with energy and network autonomy. The stations use solar energy and LTE connection. Each station allows 5 inputs (sensors) and 5 outputs (Relays) for additional controls. The system is scaled to accept upto 10 additional stations.
